Disease Identification & Treatment

When fish show signs of illness, early and correct diagnosis is critical. Hasan identifies common freshwater fish diseases and provides treatment plans including medication dosing, quarantine advice and environmental correction.

• White spot / Ich (Ichthyophthirius multifiliis) — raised white spots, scratching, clamped fins
• Velvet disease (Oodinium) — gold/rust dust appearance, rapid breathing
• Bacterial infections — fin rot, body ulcers, pop-eye, dropsy
• Fungal infections — white cotton-like growths on body or fins
• Internal parasites — wasting, stringy white faeces, loss of appetite
