Are these prices fixed or do they vary?
Setup prices are starting prices for standard tank sizes. Larger tanks, unusual species, premium equipment or complex aquascaping may affect the final cost. We'll always provide a detailed quote before any work begins.
Do maintenance plans require a contract?
No long-term contracts. Our maintenance plans are rolling monthly arrangements — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel with 30 days' notice.
What does "priority call-out" mean in the Premium plan?
Premium clients get same-day or next-day emergency response for urgent aquarium issues such as equipment failures, disease outbreaks, or water quality emergencies.
Is fish and plant stock included in setup prices?
Yes — all quoted setup prices include full stocking with compatible fish and live plants appropriate for the system type, unless you have a specific preference you'd like to discuss.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No. Initial consultations — in person or by phone — are completely free with no obligation.
