How much does an aquarium setup cost?
Setup packages range from £550 to £1,650 depending on type — Nano Aquascape from £550, General and Cichlid setups from £650, Biotope & Blackwater from £750, Planted from £850, Rock Formation from £1,250, Discus Planted from £1,650. How much are your maintenance plans?
Maintenance plans start from £60/month (Starter), £100/month (Standard) or £140/month (Premium) — rolling monthly with no long-term contract. See maintenance plan details.
How long does installation take?
Most installations take 1–2 days. Larger or more complex setups may require additional time — we'll give you a clear timeline during your consultation.
What areas do you cover?
Our core service area is London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex and Surrey. We also take on jobs further afield, UK-wide, by arrangement — travel charges may apply outside our core area, so ask us when you enquire.
Are there contracts on maintenance plans?
No long-term contracts. Maintenance plans are rolling monthly arrangements — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel with 30 days' notice.
What species do you specialise in?
We specialise in planted aquariums, cichlid systems (African and South American) and discus setups, alongside general community aquariums.
Do setup prices include fish and plants?
Yes — all quoted setup prices include full stocking with compatible fish and live plants appropriate for the system type, unless you have a specific preference.
