How long does a maintenance visit take?
Standard visits typically take 1–1.5 hours depending on tank size and the work required. Premium visits may take up to 2 hours for the full aquascaping service.
Are there contracts or minimum terms?
No long-term contracts. Plans are rolling monthly arrangements — you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel with 30 days' notice at any time.
What if something goes wrong between visits?
Starter and Standard clients can contact us for phone advice at any time. Premium clients get priority same/next-day emergency call-out for urgent issues — fish disease, equipment failure, water chemistry crises — at no extra charge.
Do prices include replacement parts and media?
Maintenance labour is included in all plans. Consumables such as filter media, CO₂ cartridges and fish treatments are charged at cost price — we always notify you before purchasing.
